List of reports by domestic and international media:
(There are demonstrations against nuclear power generation worldwide. We act in solidarity with them. We will be very grateful if you inform us of planned actions you know.)
Since the massive earthquakehit eastern Japan on March 11, numerous problems have been brought to light regarding the nuclear power plant disaster in Fukushima. Protest actions in front of the TEPCO Headquarters began on March 18 with a group of a few participants. This number rose to more than 200 on March 27 and 30, and nearly 400 people gathered on April 3. I believe that you also have lots of messages to transmit to the Japanese Government or the TEPCO.
Nevertheless, neither the government nor big companies including TEPCO which have been promoting nuclear power plants have acknowledged their responsibility. It is quite abnormal that not a word has been uttered on the revision of nuclear policies by government officials or those in such companies.
We cannot be silent anymore! Let’s raise a cry of protest!
As for our schedule in the near future, we will protest in front of the TEPCO Headquarters on Friday, April 15, starting from 18:00.
We will also hold protest rallies in front of TEPCO on Saturday, April 23 from 14:00 (we will publicize our action in front of the steam locomotive located in JR Shimbashi Station from 13:00) and on Thursday, April 28 from 18:00.
